A rush order does not cut any corners, it simply reprioritises your project so an engineer picks it up right away instead of waiting in the normal queue. You still get the same revisions, the same attention to detail and the same delivery formats, just on a shorter clock that fits a deadline you cannot move.

The clock starts when your files and your brief are both complete, not when you pay. The single biggest cause of a missed rush deadline is an order sitting half started, waiting on a stem the artist forgot to bounce.
Send everything in one go: labeled 24-bit WAV or AIFF stems all starting at the same timestamp, any reference tracks, and specific notes on what you want. Vague notes cost a revision round, and on a one day turnaround a revision round is the whole deadline.
Be reachable while it runs. On the tighter tiers your engineer may need one quick answer, and an hour of silence on a one day job is an hour you do not get back.
