Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Audio Mixing Mastering B.V. ("we", "us", "the studio") provides online mixing, mastering and related audio services to artists worldwide. These terms govern your use of our website and services. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before you order.

2. Orders and services

When you place an order and complete payment, you enter into an agreement with us to deliver the service you purchased. Each service is described on our services page with its price and scope. You can place an order before your files are ready: your order is saved to your studio account, and you can upload your files to that order whenever they are ready. We begin work once payment is received and your files are uploaded.

3. Files you provide

You are responsible for the files you send. You confirm that you own or have the rights to the material and that our work on it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Please follow our upload guidelines so we can deliver the best result. The quality of your source files directly affects the final result.

4. Payment

Prices are shown on our website and charged at checkout, securely, through Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. Payment is required in full before work begins. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled any time before the next billing date.

5. Turnaround and delivery

We aim to deliver a first version within our standard turnaround of up to 5 days (120 hours). Faster rush options are available at checkout. Turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can be affected by file quality, revision rounds and order volume. Files are delivered through your studio dashboard and by email.

6. Revisions

Every order includes unlimited free revisions within the scope of the original order, so long as the song, arrangement and stems remain the same. Revisions cover level and balance adjustments, effect changes and tweaks to your original instructions. They do not cover new instructions, major arrangement or structural changes, or new file submissions, which are treated as new orders. Our full Refund Policy explains exactly what is and is not covered.

7. Refunds

If you have paid for an order or credit that you have not yet used, and no engineer has started work, you can request a full refund of that unused order. Once your order is redeemed and work has started, it is no longer refundable; instead you receive unlimited free revisions until the work is completed to the agreed brief. The complete details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Coupons and discounts

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own conditions, including eligibility, minimum spend, expiry dates and usage limits, which are validated at checkout. A code must be applied at the time of purchase; we cannot apply a discount retroactively after an order is placed. We may change or withdraw promotions at any time.

9. Ownership and intellectual property

You retain full ownership of your music. Once your order is paid and delivered, the finished mixes and masters are yours to release and monetise. All content on this website, including its design, layout, graphics, text and audio examples, is owned by or licensed to Audio Mixing Mastering B.V. and may not be reproduced or reused without permission. We may use short, anonymised before/after excerpts as portfolio examples unless you ask us not to.

10. Storage and data retention

We keep your project files for a reasonable period so we can deliver, revise and re-send your work. After that period we may remove them from active storage, so please download and back up your final files once delivered. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

11. Chargebacks

If something is wrong, contact us first, we resolve almost everything quickly. Opening a bank or card chargeback on work that has been delivered or is genuinely in progress, rather than contacting us, is not a substitute for our Refund Policy. We keep clear records of orders, communication, revisions and deliveries and will respond to any dispute with that evidence.

12. Liability

We deliver our services with professional care, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed release dates, or issues caused by files or instructions you provided. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
